facilities for classrooms, meeting spaces, and other social hall
activities.
Phase 2 – Construction of our Social Hall Building

What’s improved on the plan
- Shortened the Nave so everyone is closer to the altar while maintaining the 800 seat goal.
- Incorporated the shrine exhibit into the narthex and detailed all of the room layouts.
- Added special features in the front of the Church--Steeple, Statues, Porches, ETC.
Sequence & Schedule
- Re-zone the property and obtain full approval from the Town for our site layout and aesthetics.
- Involve a general contractor in the design for the optimum cost effect solutions.
- Complete the design by Spring 2010.
- Establish a guaranteed maximum price by a contractor.
Construction costs are currently down over 20%
- When the new church construction begins, depends on us.
- Construction cannot begin until 50% of the cost of the church has been received in cash through the Pledges made or other donations.
